Elevators, escalators and moving sidewalks transport billions of people every day. Schindler is a Swiss mobility company and one of the worlds leading manufacturer of escalators, elevators and other mobility solutions.

Schindler approached winnovation to help find the most knowledgeable experts worldwide for a large-scale innovation project. To find the best people for an external dream-team, winnovation worked with the company to identify various search fields. The resulting challenges of a new generation of products were framed in specific problems.

Approach
